Online Consultations allow patients to communicate securely and safely online with their practice about non-emergency medical conditions or ask questions. It also offers 24/7 access to symptom-specific self-help information and easy access to other local NHS and self-care services.
You can use the form to let a GP know about any symptoms you're having, ask a question or follow up about something. This could be either about your own health or on behalf of someone you care for.
Your GP surgery will use the information you give them to make sure you get the right help.
This could be:
- a face-to-face appointment
- a phone call or video consultation
- a text message, for example inviting you to visit the surgery for a blood test

Comments and suggestions
We welcome comments and suggestions that help us improve our service to you. If you would like to tell us more about your experiences complete our Friends and Family Test.
The Friends and Family Test (FFT) is an important feedback tool that supports the fundamental principle that people who use NHS services should have the opportunity to provide feedback on their experience
It only takes a few minutes and is the best way for us to tell us receive and act on your feedback. Use the code GP004 when prompted. Complete the test at Friends and Family Test (office.com) by clicking here.
Please note that medical matters and official complaints cannot be dealt with via this route.
We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.
However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint. If this is so, we would wish for the matter to be settled as quickly, and as amicably, as possible.
To pursue a complaint please contact our Complaints Service and Feedback Team on 01482 303930 email at HNF-TR.firstname.lastname@example.org.
