Compliments, Comments and Suggestions

We welcome comments and suggestions that help us improve our service to you. If you would like to tell us more about your experiences, the best way to do this is to complete our Friends and Family Test.

The Friends and Family Test (FFT) only takes a few minutes to complete and is the best way for us to receive and act on your feedback.

It asks people if they would recommend the services they have used and offers a range of responses. When combined with supplementary follow-up questions, the FFT provides a mechanism to highlight both good and poor patient experience. This kind of feedback is vital in transforming NHS services and supporting patient choice.

Please note that medical matters and official complaints cannot be dealt with via this route.

We make every effort to give the best service possible to everyone who attends our practice.

However, we are aware that things can go wrong resulting in a patient feeling that they have a genuine cause for complaint

The Complaints and Feedback team is here to listen, in confidence, to any concerns or comments you may have about the care you or someone you care for is receiving.  They can provide advice and guidance on the complaints process.
