****COVID VACCINATION UPDATE****

Cohorts 7, 8, 9 & 10 - Patients within these Cohorts who have a mobile number on their record will soon receive a text message inviting them to book a Covid Vaccination at Beverley Racecourse via the link within the text message. Patients without a mobile number will be contacted in due course.
We are contacting all eligible patients to invite them for their COVID vaccination, please bear in mind you may receive a call outside of normal practice hours. We will contact all eligible patients in line with government specified criteria, appointment and vaccination availability, therefore, PLEASE DO NOT contact the Practice at this time regarding your COVID Vaccination booking. Our phone lines remain extremely busy and all staff are working extremely hard to roll out the COVID vaccination programme whilst maintaining normal services.
Should you receive a centrally issued vaccination invitation letter you are able to book at one of the mass vaccination centres by phone or on-line. Please note that we have no further information or ability to make bookings on your behalf at these sites.

if any one of the following apply :
you are aged 40 or over
you are at high risk from coronavirus (clinically extremely vulnerable)
you are an eligible frontline health or social care worker
you have a condition that puts you at higher risk (clinically vulnerable)
you have a learning disability
you are a main carer for someone at high risk from coronavirus
You also need to be registered with a GP surgery in England to use this service.
